How does RestWell determine the price of my cleaning?
Pricing is customized based on your home and the cleaning you need. We consider factors such as the type of service, size of the home, current condition, cleaning frequency, and any add-on services you request.
Will I receive an instant price after submitting the form?
No. RestWell does not use automated or instant pricing. We review the information you provide so we can understand your cleaning needs and prepare a customized quote for your home.
Do I need to know whether I need Standard Cleaning or Deep Cleaning?
No. Tell us about your home and its current condition, and we can help determine the appropriate cleaning level. Standard Cleaning is generally used for routine upkeep, while Deep Cleaning provides more detailed attention when a home needs a more thorough reset.
What information should I include in my quote request?
The more helpful information you provide, the better we can understand your needs. Our quote form asks about your location, home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of cleaning, preferred frequency, current condition, timing, and any add-on services you may want.
What happens after I submit my quote request?
A member of the RestWell team will review the information you provided and follow up with you about your cleaning needs and customized pricing. If we need any additional details, we can discuss those with you before finalizing the quote.
What if I’m not sure which cleaning service I need?
That’s completely fine. Choose “Not Sure Yet” where available on the quote form and tell us what you are hoping to accomplish. We can help recommend the service and cleaning level that best fits your situation.
